Last updated 19 August 2026

This policy explains what information Teamique collects when you use teamique.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email usama@teamique.com and we will answer in plain language.

Who we are

Teamique provides outsourced operations, project management, assistance, growth, and automation support to businesses. For the purposes of data protection law, Teamique is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at usama@teamique.com or +1 402 877 0239.

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company name, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message.
  • Free resources: the email address, and where requested the first name and company, you submit to unlock a scorecard, playbook, or checklist.
  • Strategy calls: the details you enter into our booking calendar, which is operated by Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
  • Email replies: anything you choose to send us directly by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

When you arrive from a campaign or referral, we record the campaign parameters in your browser session (source, medium, campaign, term, content), the page you landed on, and the referring website. These are attached to a form submission only if you choose to submit one, so we can tell which channels bring us useful enquiries.

If website analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page views and navigation. Analytics only loads when a measurement ID is configured, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.

How we use your information

Our lawful bases are: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one, your consent for marketing emails, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business. We never sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

  • To reply to your enquiry and to prepare for a call you have booked.
  • To deliver the free resource you requested and, if you opted in, a short follow-up email sequence with related material.
  • To provide services under a contract with you or the business you represent.
  • To understand which pages and channels are useful, and to improve the site.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

Who processes your data for us

These providers process data on our instructions only. Some are based outside your country, in which case transfers rely on their standard contractual clauses.

  • Supabase: the database and authentication layer where enquiries and resource requests are stored.
  • Resend: the email service that delivers notifications to us and resource or nurture emails to you.
  • Google: calendar scheduling for strategy calls, and Google Analytics 4 where enabled.
  • Cloudflare and our hosting provider: serving the website and protecting it from abuse.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and resource requests are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless we enter a client relationship, in which case records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax and legal purposes. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics defaults.

Marketing emails

If you download a free resource, we may send a short sequence of related emails. Every one of them contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop replies to an enquiry you have made.

Your rights

To exercise any of these, email usama@teamique.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your information where we have no ongoing obligation to keep it.
  • Object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses browser session storage to remember campaign parameters during your visit, and local storage to keep you signed in if you use the private admin area. Where analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets its own cookies. Clearing your browser storage removes all of these.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems with row level security policies that prevent public reads of enquiry data. No system is perfect, so if you believe your information has been exposed, contact us immediately and we will investigate.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated by email where we hold a valid address for you.
